Shipping and Delivery Policy
All orders will be delivered using the service specified at the time of ordering. Vitonnix Ltd reserves the right to adjust shipping costs in line with its operational expenses. However, the delivery cost will always be notified to you prior to completing your order. Customers/Users must request any alternative delivery method at the time of placing the order.
We do not guarantee specific arrival dates or times. Most orders will be shipped within 2–3 business days of receiving the order. Delivery timelines are based on orders placed between Monday and Friday, excluding weekends. For further necessary details, kindly refer to our Terms and Conditions.
PASSING OF RISK
The customer assumes risk for the products ordered once they are delivered to the address specified on the order. Vitonnix Ltd accepts no liability for undelivered parcels if the customer provides an incorrect or invalid delivery address and/or fails to collect the order from the specified address after reasonable efforts to contact you.
In cases where an order is lost by a third party authorized by you to accept the products or a courier you commissioned, Vitonnix Ltd bears no risk once the parcel has been delivered to them.
If goods are received damaged, you are entitled to a full refund provided we are notified within 2 days of delivery via phone, email, or other written communication. Damaged goods must be returned with their original packaging to our address for processing. Kindly refer to our Return Policy for full details.
For goods signed for upon delivery, the customer bears the risk once the goods are signed for, provided the signature is by the customer or an authorized person. If you suspect the parcel has been tampered with, refuse to sign for the goods. Signing for the parcel does not affect your rights to return the product as outlined in our Refund and Return Policy.
TITLE AND DEFECTS
Ownership of products transfers to the customer once full payment is received. Customers are expected to inspect the goods within a reasonable timeframe upon receipt. If the goods are faulty or misdescribed, notify us in writing or via email, and you will be entitled to a full refund or product replacement.
